FlattenBy is a notification and monitoring service. It is not a broker, not an investment advisor, and not a trade execution system. FlattenBy makes no trading recommendations and is not responsible for trading losses.
FlattenBy reads position and account data from the trading account(s) you connect and, when a position remains open past a deadline you configure, places outbound calls and sends SMS messages to alert you. FlattenBy never places, modifies, or cancels a trade on your behalf.
Subscriptions are self-serve and can be upgraded, downgraded, or canceled at any time. You're responsible for keeping your contact phone number current — escalation alerts can't reach you at a number you haven't verified.
By connecting an account and activating a deadline rule, you consent to receive calls and SMS messages from FlattenBy related to that rule. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, or STOP to cancel alerts at any time — note that disabling alerts for an active rule defeats the purpose of the service.
