Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account information: email address, phone number.
• Trading account access: read-only Rithmic credentials or tokens, scoped to position/PnL/account data. FlattenBy never places, changes, or cancels a trade.
• Escalation activity: deadline rules you configure, call and SMS delivery records, acknowledgment history.
• Billing information, handled by our payment processor — we do not store your full card number.

How we use it

Solely to operate the FlattenBy service: monitoring your connected account(s) against the deadlines you set, placing the calls and texts that make up the escalation, and billing your subscription. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

Service providers required to deliver the product: our telephony provider (for calls and SMS), our trading-data provider (for position monitoring), and our payment processor (for billing). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

Security

Credentials are encrypted at rest and never logged in plaintext. All connections use HTTPS.

Data retention and deletion

You can delete your account and associated data at any time, subject to any financial or legal record-retention requirements that apply to us.
